1. HOW CAN I BOOK AN INFLATABLE?
By telephone or email. Please see our contact page for this information.
2. WHAT'S INCLUDED IN THE PRICE?
The hire price of the inflatable includes local delivery, please contact us for delivery
rates outside of Colchester. We also provide a suitable blower, extension cables,
a circuit breaker and a safety mat. We will set up, inflate and collect the inflatable
at agreed times. The hire rate is for one day, or part thereof.
Evening hire and weekend hire can also be arranged.
3. CAN THE INFLATABLE BE HIRED OVERNIGHT?
Yes, subject to certain conditions. But it's your event, so why not?
4. IS A DEPOSIT REQUIRED?
No deposit is required. We require cash on delivery of the inflatable, or payment
in advance by cheque or credit/debit card.
5. CAN I CANCEL THE BOOKING?
Yes, but please give us as much notice as possible. If no notice is given you will
still be charged the hire charge.
6. CAN THE INFLATABLES BE USED IN ALL WEATHERS?
All our inflatables have shower covers and therefore can be used in light rain.
For safety reasons they cannot be used in heavy rainfall or high winds.
7. HOW MUCH ROOM IS REQUIRED?
Please allow around 1.5m - 2m to the front and rear of the inflatable, over and
above the quoted size, and 1m to each side. This will be required to ensure good
access to the fan.
Please ensure the area for the inflatable is clear prior to our arrival.
